  • Handle and solve incoming tickets for related cases, in order to help customer and increase their satisfaction
  • Distribute the escalated tickets for certain cases to external (logistic/3PL) or other teams (other L2/L3) or Team Leader (for hard complain), in order to ensure the problem solved by the right PIC
  • Communicate with other team for certain cases; CB for commodity from other country, Payment for refund matters, Logistics for order status in Shopee application, Warehouse for SOM commodity
