  • Responsible for implementing market research, sales and marketing plan
  • Determining annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies recommending selling prices, monitoring costs competition, supply and demand
  • Accomplishing marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by ascertaining consumer requirements defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business establishing targeted market share
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits exploring specific needs anticipating new opportunities
  • Motivates and monitors sales teams on marketing and sales activities and also conduct training


  • max age : 40 years old
  • Minimal D3 Degree (Engineering, Technic Industry) or other related  major
  • Experience at least min.5 years in Sales Engineer and Automotive Industry or Metal Cutting Tools Business would be preferable
  • Working area : most in Cikarang
  • Sociable, selling an target oriented, active and team leader
  • Able to make a good relationship  and maintenance it with customers / Maintain and make good for cooperation with principals
  • Has Leadership skill, sale monitoring/reporting, process-monitoring marketing database, and evaluation perfomance the team
