Job Descriptions :

  • Reconcile bank statements include review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences
  • Prepare claim documents every Tuesday and Thursday
  • Responsible for tracking stocks of office printed documents (e.g, letterhead, envelopes, etc)
  • Prepare and input data to journal every month
  • Complete required tax reporting (e.g, checking NPWP data)
  • Support administrative tasks (e.g, cash advance for overtime, organize data, filing documents, etc)
  • Review fix assets at the system every year

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting from reputable university Min 1 years of experience in accounting, preferable in general insurance industry
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Able to handling Bank Journal, General Ledger, Financial Report Handling Taxes (PPh 21, 23, 26 and 4 ayat 2)
  • Able to operate CARE System will be advantage Well known the business process in general insurance industry
  • Able to work independently, well organized, self-motivated and able to cooperate effectively
  • Strong personality, enthusiastic, and result oriented with high integrity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good administration skills
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Detail oriented, able to work under pressure
