We’re seeking a proven software sales manager that is experienced in marketing enterprise-grade software, has deep knowledge of the market with ready leads and a track record of closing deals.

- Independently generate leads through existing network and new connections
- Conduct live product demonstrations, identify key client needs and provide solutions through ZipHR
- Work with our technical development and customer support teams to quickly communicate client issues and get them solved ASAP
- Agree pricing, negotiate contracts and close
Build long-term relationships to retain clients and upsell them our increasingly growing suite of ZipHR features
- Minimum 3-years selling enterprise software
- Deep knowledge of client landscape with established network to penetrate
- Track record of closing deals with substantial sales value
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical mindset to understand advance software features and apply them to client requirements
- Aggressive and passionate personality, with hunger to achieve personal and financial success
Team player that always respects others and helps whenever possible
- Base Salary: Php 50,000 – 100,000
- Sales Commission: 12-15% of sales value
- Monthly Sales Target: Php500,000
- Sales Commission = 15% * Php500,000 = Php 75,000 (if target achieved)
