•  Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
•  Excellent negotiation, customer service and consulting skills
•  Budgeting according to the client need and project brief.
•  Strong market knowledge and experience in working in various functions, businesses and regions
•  Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers / Contractors and clients
•  Identify the organization's external material needs, find service providers who can supply these goods, negotiate prices and arrange the purchase and delivery of goods.
•  Responsiblespace planning, design, order entry and specification of furniture / Materials
•  Coordinate with design team and project engineers.


• Fluent communication skill in English/Bahasa
• Chinese and Korean speakers preferable. 
• Basic knowledge / Data base on market price range for interior items
• Excellent negotiation skill.
• Minimum 3 years experience in interior/construction/exhibition/event field.
• Minimum 4 years of college credit required
