Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships and establish understanding of the client's business goals, issues and needs
  • Proactively perform lead generation, including cold calls and follow-ups
  • Prospect for new business opportunities
  • Display commitment to achieving sales targets
  • Make summarize lead generation/business development activities and status
  • Review contracts, service legal agreements, and scope of services while determining the best strategy to meet mutual objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and ensure a strong customer satisfaction with our solutions

Qualification:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; an IT degree is highly desirable;
  • Previous account development experience and successful track record, preferably in IT Services
  • Excellent business sense, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, driven, independent but a strong team player
  • Strong people skills - intuitive, empathetic, influential, persuasive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to craft & deliver a compelling, succinct, and insightful presentation
  • Strong work ethic & high energy.
  • Above average abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Salesforce
