  • Develop, implement and maintain process flow and standard operating procedures for all partners, with clear identification of stakeholders and escalation procedures
  • Tactical planning in terms of resources from warehouse and 3PL partners, in line with fluctuation of weekly / monthly volume
  • Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly partners performance report in terms of its quality of services
  • Analyse issues & work closely with partners' and internal team for corrective & preventive solutions
  • Coordination and management of customer service team
  • Handling customer’s complaint/feedback & excellent trouble-shooting skills
  • Manage the daily operations of all of warehouse and 3PL partners through supervision of partners’ operation and performance
  • Able to take on additional tasks as necessary when the need arises
  • Play a significant role in long-term expansion and operational excellence planning
