- Min. Bachelor Degree from any major
- Have 8 years experience in similar field
- Have experience in education industry will be advantage
- Have Marketing, Sales, and Brand Management Skill
- Good presentation skill
- Able to speak fluently in English.
- Willing to be placed at Semarang Area
- Conduct strategy, planning, implementation and evaluation of all Marketing activities
- Perform and coordinate marketing activities
- Manage school Customer Acquisition Program to achieve profitable number of customer inline with corporate planning and target
- Manage school Customer Retention Program to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Support certain school Program to achieve its annual objectives
- Contribute in school Product Development to create competitive and marketable product
- Contribute in school Business Assessment to ensure business feasibility
- Contribute in school Communication to build good corporate image and high brand equity.
