Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Responsible for the recruitment and selection of new employees
2. Coordinate and monitor workforce activities
3. Acting as a company representative in the context of industrial relations with employees
4. Propose, compile, coordinate, and implement HR development programs
5. Implement Performance Appraisal
6. Carry out all administrative tasks for the HR area

Syarat Pengalaman :
Good understanding and knowledge about recruitment procedure at least min 1 yearse
Keahlian :

– Good knowledge about employment and labor law.
– Having good knowledge about psychological test & instrument and interpretation psychological test or psycogram.
– Proficiency in computer & internet skills

Kualifikasi :

– Maximum 35 years old.
– Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable psychology or Law
– Excellent administrative and communication skills.
– Attention to detail, responsible, strong prioritization skill and having ability for multitasking.
– Fast learner, proactive, having a good attitude, discipline, responsibility and interpersonal skills.
– Fresh Graduate able to apply
– Willing to work in Surabaya – Jawa Timur

Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday 8.20 – 16:30, Saturday 08:20 – 13:30
