RevoU is a revolutonary online learning academy that helps students transform their career in tech. We currently offer a full-strack digital marketing program for students wishing to break into an online marketing career or accelerate their existing growth. As part of the course we offer an apprenticeship through RevoU Labs - part digital marketing agency and part laboratory for our high achieving students to apply their skills with real world projects. Our clients include local, Singaporean and US startups.

We are looking for an experienced SEO marketer with years of experience leading SEO campaign teams. We are looking for someone passionate about organic search, education and obsessed about seeing our students succeeding: we want to build a culture of people obsessively passionate about our mission and the impact we can have on the lives of millions of people.

The SEO Lead must take ownership of all SEO projects for clients as well as provide leadership to all students specialising in SEO during their apprenticeship at RevoU Labs.


  • Lead initial discussions with potential clients looking to outsource their SEO marketing to RevoU Labs to decide if we can help them and prepare a brief for the project team.

  • Assemble the project team and lead them toward campaign launch.

  • Review, provide feedback and approve all strategic decisions and communications, ensuring to provide guidance and course correction to project teams when necessary.

  • Become a liaison between clients and project teams to align expectations, troubleshoot issues and solve problems throughout every stage of the project.

  • Performance manage every team member to provide the appropriate technical and non-technical training to ensure professional growth, optimising the performance of their campaigns and increasing their job-readiness post-apprenticeship.

  • Manage the expectations of clients to ensure that RevoU Labs over delivers on our promises and become a key component to helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

  • Ensure the capture, review and reporting of weekly student and monthly client feedback.

  • Provide regular input on the curriculum to the RevoU digital marketing faculty to constantly improve the quality of learning students receive that better prepares them to contribute immediately once they join RevoU Labs.

  • Teach SEO modules as a faculty instructor for the RevoU Digital Marketing Program.
