Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major
Min. 2 years of experience in the same position.
Maximum 27 years old.
Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, Labor-related) is a plus.
Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Accounting/Payroll Software is a plus
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Good interpersonal skills, details oriented, and deadline focused.
Honestly and integrity in handling confidential data.
Employee record maintenance.
Responsible for database and administration both online and offline such as employee database, attendance report, allowance report, filing documents etc.
Responsible for payroll, overtime report, Tax, BPJS, and employee benefit.
Regular filing and archiving of Payroll information.
Complying with relevant legislation.
