The position holder will be responsible for overall marketing communication of Brands under Samsonite Corporate.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB :
- Work with regional marketing team to ensure marketing communications materials and activities align with brand’s image and standard.
- Develop both marketing and digital marketing strategy by brand and proceed an appropriate media mix to increase brand awareness in Indonesia (Execute direct marketing campaigns).
- Execute online marketing campaigns and update company website and social media tools through agencies.
- Strengthen brand communications in digital media to further engage consumer in on-line and social media platform.
- Well organized all agencies and manage agencies’ performance including annual review and negotiation of agencies contract.
- Monitor and control marketing spending within the assigned budget and ensure cost-effective spending on all marketing activities and projects.
- Report successful marketing activities to regional team.
- Prepare and control promotion and sponsorship.
- Tied up events.
- Strengthen relationship with management malls and media.
- Branding activation for all brands.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in Marketing and PR related.
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills - Frequently interact with internal and external partners for collaboration, negotiation for mutual agreement, problem resolution
- Confident to deliver high quality business presentation.
- Having "a can do attitude" / interpersonal skills - energetic and results oriented, open minded and flexible in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Sensitive to market trend, comfortable to work on financial figures and numbers.
