Job Description :

  • Develop and Maintain HRGA policies, Discipline and procedures.
  • Oversee full spectrum  of Human resources Function in the area of Industrial Relation, Organization and People Development, General Affair and Recruitment.
  • Organizer, coordinating and monitoring the process of employee's KPI & Performance Appraisal
  • Recruitment , Promotion, Movement ( Transferring, Rotation, or Mutation ), Termination, Retirement, Dan Rehire
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirement and job descriptions for all position

Requirement :

  • Min age  35 years
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Having both of good interpersonal and communication & negotiation skills
  • Hard worker , honesty, fast learner, and ability to work in a team and / or independently
  • Good concept, excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Good knowledge about industrial Relation, Human Resource , General Affair , and Administration ( Payroll & BPJS )
  • at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for his position
  • Preferably Supervisor Specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Willing to be Placed in Tangerang ( Placement at the Factory )
