• Provide support to any desktop ( PC, Thin Client, laptop) Related Problem, Logged Through Citi Ticket System ( Service now Tech, Citi Market place ) and close / resolve the ticket according to SLO for each specific ticket in Resolve IT
• Knowledge in Computer Assembly, Including Installing OS , Upgrade or Downgrade Windows.
• Knowledgeable Desktop/Application support engineer with extensive analytics and troubleshooting skills.
• Highly Effective Technical Writer Triaging application support tickets in Face-paced Environment. Experienced in Desktop and Windows
