- Configure RMS 2.0 system to activate workflow (Gift with Purchase Workflow)
- Set up Master data : Users, Retailer Groups, Retailers, Product Categories, Products, Warehouses, Vendor Groups, Redemption Centers, Delivery Companies, Customers and Gifts, Order Reason
- Maintain master data (enable or disable one or more configuration)
- Approve or Reject Promotion Approval and Redemption Approval
- Monitoring and Reporting all related with Promotion and Redemption
- Escalating issues related promotion and redemption (if any) to Internal Audit and related party (IM team & CE team, etc.)
- Controlling Gift stock
- Download data from RMS, prepare data and send email Leftover Gift Report per week
- Stock counting per month, reconcile and submit approval of Stock Count result
- Nalyzing aging stock and submit approval for proposal action of reducing aging stock
- Coordinating with RHQ PIC if any issue or any development requirement in RMS 2.0 system
