- S1 graduated from reputable university, preferable majoring in Psychology, Law or Management HR
- 24-30 years old
- Having positioned the same experience min 2 years
- Having good knowledge in Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Personnel Administration, and labor law
- Handling legal documents related to company’s business, and legal matters
- In charge of employee BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and company Insurance
- Comprehend and implement well the HR duty and function in training and general admin
- Able to work in a team environment, honest and able to self-motivate
- Able to work under pressure and able to meet targets
- Must be Computer literate
- Fluent in English, both oral & written
Training will be provided by the company at no charge, good command of Verbal and Written in English is a Must for all positions (TOEFL > 450 Preferred) and active user of computer applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
