Requirements:
  • Experienced as field sales
  • Experienced in some of the below is a plus: GT in FMCG, Category / Channel Manager in e-Marketplace
  • Excellent with data analysis and ability to derive insight is a must
  • Minimal 3 years of demonstrated working skill and excellence in driving business/project
  • Proof of the ability to articulate direction into action with minimal supervision
  • Graduated from a reputable university or proof of excellence in previous work/academia
  • Highly committed with high sense of ownership

Responsibilities:
  • Design Acquisition pipeline and timeline to reach number of new Mitra
  • Demand analysis & planning coverage and focus area for retail Makassar Area
  • Market benchmarking analysis :
  1. Lead research in market demands 
  2. Analyse and propose fast moving category items 
  3. Proposing SKU removed from list and new SKU listed 
  4. Lead the effort to collect the necessary market price data and derive pricing insight with confidence 
  5. Develop capability to collect data for adhoc price research and lead price hunt exercise as necessary 
  • Coordinate with Tim Leaders for Goods Selection and Price most suitable for Offline Acquisition effectiveness
  • Work with Distributions Tribe to conduct Price Elasticity Analysis for best GMV / GP balance
  • Design and fulfill MPP needed for acquisition & retention
  • Coordinate with Distribution Tribes on supply availability and delivery capacity
  • Work with Product Manager on In-App Catalog and feature improvement
  • Design retention pipeline and timeline to reach active rate and GMV
  • Controlling and coaching daily team leaders
  • Weekly retro with team leaders
  • Weekly and monthly report to region head
