  1. Develop the overall strategy and execute partnership/merchant acquisitions as defined by management
  2. Onboarding and successful conversion of partnership prospects
  3. Develop partner acquisition infrastructure (value proposition, sales pipeline/processes, pitch, etc.) for the team
  4. Generate, coordinate and plan inbound/outbound leads with a focus on strategic partners
  5. Cultivate, manage and grow key strategic relationships with prospects and current partners to ensure all business KPIs are met
  6. Collaborate actively with internal teams to ensure client’s needs and expectations are manage

  1. Bachelor’s degree (in business or related field preferred)
  2. 5+ years of relevant work experience 
  3. Ability to motivate and lead a team
  4. Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
