- Develop the overall strategy and execute partnership/merchant acquisitions as defined by management
- Onboarding and successful conversion of partnership prospects
- Develop partner acquisition infrastructure (value proposition, sales pipeline/processes, pitch, etc.) for the team
- Generate, coordinate and plan inbound/outbound leads with a focus on strategic partners
- Cultivate, manage and grow key strategic relationships with prospects and current partners to ensure all business KPIs are met
- Collaborate actively with internal teams to ensure client’s needs and expectations are manage
- Bachelor’s degree (in business or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels
