- Manage claim process for loss/damage in WH & 2nd mile (record claim detail, follow up with related parties, summarize total claim, etc)
- TC Box forecasting & procurement, monitor production and delivery schedule
- Summarized product value per shipment for transport insurance purpose
- Update warehouse performance monitoring sheet based on Lumos data
- Help to monitor performance on Lumos and escalate if any drop of performance
- Support performance analysis and reporting
