  • Management of our marketing technology strategy, as well as alignment with campaigns to monetize our demand generation programs and customer database.
  • Establish much of the ground work that will help our company launch and scale our lead nurturing and customer engagement programs using identified marketing technology platforms.
  • Understand the current processes and mapping the existing customer journey
  • Identify opportunity areas to optimize the customer journey and collaborating with business/ operations stakeholders to agree on the business requirements.
  • Define the supporting business processes and integrations with existing systems
  • Create and secure stakeholder approval on test cases to validate requirements
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and secure stakeholder signoffs
  • End to end execution of marketing campaigns using identified marketing technology platforms.. Manages the operational and technical facets of selected platforms, channel optimization, lead scoring, owned media optimization, CRM integrations and triggered communications.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to segment the database for appropriate campaigns. Create demand generation journeys and drip campaigns, to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with the Content Marketing team to drive creation of content and templates for various channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web Message, Push Messages, etc.
  • Track, analyze and report the marketing campaign performance to strategize and develop new campaigns.
  • Management of marketing technology provider relationships and budgets.
