Requirements:

• Minimal Bachelor Degree/S1 graduated from any major. Communication or Marketing or Business major will be preferable.

• Has willingness to do the hard-selling & canvassing as sales to clients (prefer to work on fields).

• Must have driving license for motorcycle, have a motorcycle and able to ride it.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Interest in connecting farms to people.

• Having experience Minimal 2 years as B2B sales/marketing in fresh products (Fruit, vegetables, chicken and fish) to HORECA, Modern Market or especially in Traditional market in FMCG company.

• Have many links of clients from previous/current job will be a plus.

• IT savvy, and know about digital marketing.

• Has willingness to learn new things.

• Willing to work on the weekend if needed

Responsibilities:

• Lead trade marketing initiatives to ensure proper strategy is in place to meet both brand and customer expectationsIdentify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, category share and improve customer satisfaction, including in e-commerce/marketplace and modern trade

• Develop Consumer promotions in collaboration with Brand Manager and Sales Manager and support channel executions

• Create and maintain trade calendar of activities working with both the Sales & Marketing team

• Monitor and evaluate TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed

• To implement and track Trade Marketing program for retailers with commercial and marketing teams designed to increase sales and brand/category presence

• Carry out specific Trade Marketing program, respecting company commercial policies, company strategy with the retailers and brand equity

• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets

• Report sales needs and field intelligence or insights to commercial / marketing teams

• Analyze brand sell through results by channel and make recommendations to increase resultsManage budget (trade promo budget) and ROI for his/her specific Trade Marketing activities
