  • Conduct OD interventions, change management, culture management, and business process improvement including studying business plans, establishing organizational structures, and competency standards / competency models.
  • Carry out talent management planning and succession planning for leader roles and critical roles
  • Manage benchmarking data analysis for organizational needs in the context of human capital and employer branding strategy.
  • Creating data processing methods, data analysis methodologies, and reporting, especially those related to the human capital area.
  • Designing to build an effective HC system, auditing and evaluating the HC business process
  • Become a Project Manager for all project activities in the Human Capital Unit.
