Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronics filing systems.
- Responsible for all administrative activities related to sales and marketing.
- Assisting Dept. marketing so that all administration processees related to sales & marketing can run smoothly.
- Doing phone and email correspondence with clients when needed.
- Preparing monthly sales report.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English (passive or active).
- Good interpersonal relationship.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work under tight deadline.
- A good team player.
- Detail and well organize.
