  • Minimum Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced in FMCG, Retail or Distribution company for at least 2 years
  • Have good communication skills
  • Fast Learner, Standing on Your Feet and Dynamic


  • With all Trader team : set fit product of Warung Pintar for Makassar areas
  • Set District Focus [mapping] for Makassar areas
  • Set the pipeline, target breakdown and timeline
  • Design Route Plan and target breakdown for Trader Representative with daily routing/Territory
  • Outlet selection outlet based on what product needs
  • Outlet Trader Acquisition with 2 main strategies :
  • Trader Pintar : gather all potential outlet with high volume, visit to role model outlet and discuss to persuade outlet to join Warung Pintar
  • Canvassing : visit potential outlet directly to educate outlet to join Warung Pintar and willing to trading transaction with Warung Pintar
  • Get commitment with outlet those agree with target transaction in Warung Pintar
  • Ensure new Trader comply and conduct with Trader transaction rules
  • Build good relationship with Trader in order to retention transaction
  • Routine report to Trader Manager
