  • Coordinating the recruitment process from start to finish from User/ Hiring Manager Requisition to candidates’ onboarding
  • Manage the vacancy details/ requisition forms, from User/ Hiring Manager and study the job descriptions
  • Understand User/ Hiring Manager needs and then searching and recommend the suitable talent profiles for them accordingly
  • Searching for potential and specific candidates, participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
  • Posting job advertisements, sourcing and selecting candidates, conduct prescreening interview by phone call
  • Screening & profiling the Curriculum Vitae gathered from various sources (job portals, social medias and others)
  • Schedule the recruitment process (psychological test and interview) for candidates (by phone call and email)
  • Supporting and updating candidates and User/ Hiring Manager through the whole interview process, offer stage and onboarding as a continuous process
  • Approach, connect, and maintain good relationship with candidates for present or future possible opening positions
  • Creating and managing talent pipeline by leveraging internal and external networks.
