Requirements :
     - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
     - At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
     - Good interpersonal and able to communicate in English
     - Fast learner and able to work under pressure
     - Able to work as individual as well as in a team
     - Customer and Services Oriented
     - Able to adapt in dynamic company culture and fast paced working environment.
     - Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers.

Job Responsibilities :
     - Plan, check and monitor CSO team daily basis in receive and completion of complaint, inquiry and consultation from
consumer via email, social media, and web chat.
     - Check and approval market complaint from consumer.
     - Monitor follow up complaint from consumer to ensure all complaint completed within target time.
     - Coordinate with Management Team to handle and solving hard complaint and inquiry.
     - Conduct briefing & coaching for CSO to enhance skill and knowledge for Database and Reporting
     - Ensure accuracy and completion of customer database and monitoring summary database or monthly report from CSO.
     - Create and updating, Procedure and Guideline Customer Service, Rules of Customer Service, Script of Contact
Center, System, and Promotion Program.
