The person is responsible for building a relationship with strategic partners, finding and managing various projects and biddings.
     - Find project/business owner or key stakeholders as target set
     - Find, identify, follow up, and monitoring proposal bid
     - Build good coordination and communication with the client to ensure customer loyalty and ensuring client payment is complete
     - Multiple company growth through the strategic alliance
     - Conduct market research to understand market and customer information/needs
     - Proactively create a good working relationship with stakeholders both internally and externally
     - Create sales report
     - Have min. 4 years experience working in HR Company
     - Have negotiation skills, B2B sales, presentation skills
     - Have a good communication skill
     - Full time working
