  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, especially for staff and senior staff level (non-managerial level)
  • Create employee engagement plans, including but not limited to initiate activities, create a proposal, obtaining approvals
  • Content writing for internal newsletter (monthly magazine) as part of employee engagement program
  • Promote HR and/or company programs and any HR-related announcements through an effective internal communication
  • Maintain employee files and records
