We are looking for a deadline-focused technical recruiter to be responsible for the end-to-end process to fill in IT-related/technical positions within organisation of Aleph Labs. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department leaders to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, social media, online employment forums, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as part of employer branding activities and good employment opportunities.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
