  • Have previous background / exposure in IT, specifically historical experiences in using and understanding web-based and mobile based applications features
  • Have a basic proficiency in English language
  • Have previous experiences monitoring and handling customer-related inquiries via WA and phone
  • Have previous experiences training new end users to use technology application (web based / mobile-app based)
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eager to learn how to use technology-based applications and explain app functionalities in a short period of time
  • Able to monitor customers (transporters and drivers) inquiries 15 hours in a day via WA and / or phone call
  • Able to train customers in-person with standard health protocols
  • Become the subject matter expert for Kargo Transportation Management System (TMS) product suite -> Transporter TMS and Driver App
  • Become the customer service admin via WA, and / or call to answer any inquiries about Transporter TMS dan Driver App surfaced by Kargo’s designated transporters and drivers
  • Become the application trainer for local west java transporters and drivers, ensuring new transporters and drivers know how to use Kargo-powered Transporter TMS & Driver App prior to and during project implementation (based on training slide deck + video + in-person sessions)
