  • Graduate from reputable university
  • 18-35 years old
  • Male/Female
  • ¬†Establish escalation flows & SLA metrics between external parties such as transporter vendors and internal teams, by utilising data-driven approach to evaluate previous & ongoing data
  • Keeping a good relationship with our transporter vendors, become the escalation point for payment & claim interactions between Kargo and vendors regarding new projects and/or changes in existing projects
  • Liaising closely with the Vendor Management (Transporter) team, AP (Payment) team & Claim team in regard to Payment Terms and Conditions, including deductions & insurance
