DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN As a HR Generalist, you will handle any HR related matters, be the mediator between management and employees, and create the right culture for the company. Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent. Excellent knowledge in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, Indonesian labor law, employee and labor relations, general affairs, and compensation & benefit. Have a good numerical ability, analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective and accuracy.
