DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Objective: Increase sales through cross selling different services to existing customers Learn and get customers’ feedback and behavior after using our products Job Description: Direct interaction with existing customers through chat system, email, phone, face to face Cross sell different services to existing customers Guide existing customers in exploring Sribu and Sribulancer’s application Reply customer and freelancers’ inquiries through email and livechat. Providing them accurate solutions fast and effectively Accommodate existing customers complaints and share to the team during demo day Able to analyze situation/case Able to work under pressure : such as handling a lot of existing customers at one time Team player, able to communicate and work together with peers Ability to work in a team environment give honest and direct feedback. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a SMU,Diploma, Bachelor's Degree any field. Be proficient and active in using Microsoft Office Strong work ethic, commitment and punctuality are essential. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including: Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions. Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts. Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.). Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns. Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate. Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Requirements: Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respectiveparticipants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Maximum 28 years Minimum Diploma Degree (fresh graduate are welcome) Excellent command of both verbal and written English Language and Bahasa Indonesia Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills Digital Savvy Strong analytical skills Familiar with the concept of social media Creative driven and out of the box thinker Full-Time position(s) available
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Responsibility: • Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices • Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices • Integrate data from various back-end services and databases • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs • Create and maintain software documentation • Be responsibile for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site • Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities Requirements: • Experience in MVC framework • Working experience and knowledge in PHP or Ruby on Rails • Experience in MySQL or MongoDB is a plus • 1-2 years of web development experience. • Fast learner and proactive • Good communication skill. • Team player.
