    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Develop and manage branded retail program that support to deliver branded retailers' value proposition that support the country / ASEAN branded retail vision Drive category growths, retail productivity and consumer traffic to Goodyear branded retail network Identify gaps & opportunities from branded retailers' capability, define road-map, pull-in and coordinate resources to deliver customers' trainings Data driven approach in branded retail geo-mapping and planning to optimize the coverage and identify geo-white-space opportunities for new or re-located branded retailers Lead the test of retail programs/ initiatives and replicate the successes across branded retail networks   Requirement :     At least Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university Having 4 - 6 years experience in sales/branded retail development/marketing with both trade and consumer marketing experience Having experience exposure to retail environment  and channel sales management Good understanding in tire business and operations High initiative and analysis skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong ability to influence and sell concepts/ideas Good command in English, both oral and written Computer literate

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Manages the overall training and development of Goodyear associates with primary focus on Sales & Marketing team and external channel operations team which covers conceptualization and formulation, delivery, implementation, analysis, measurement, continuous improvement based on feedback and results Driving training initiatives and programs the performance of the sales and marketing team and channel network Conduct training needs analysis and managing the TNA results to come up with training, development programs which are effective and aligned with the overall learning objectives of the organization Designing/Formulating and delivering learning modules/programs using various delivery/learning methods, and measuring results to ensure that there is return on investment and that Continuous improvement is applied based on training feedback and results  Developing a database of internal and external subject matter experts as resources for both technical competencies and soft skills learning initiatives, ensuring that SMEs course contents/methods are aligned with the business strategies and organizational objectives  Partnering with the sales leaders to drive sales force productivity and other learning initiatives     Job Requirement :     At least Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university Having 5 years experience in Training/Sales/Marketing/Retail Management Good understanding in tire business and operations Good understanding technical skills on tire products and technology Excellent presentation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good command in English, both oral and written Computer literate
