    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Role Summary: Work with functional areas to ensure the provision of a timely and efficient level of service, with a high degree of autonomy in the management of client base.   Responsibilities:   Build and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients, acting as a coordinator and central point of escalation. Regularly present on client status to senior management and regional office Oversee and drive resolution and management of client queries, service requests and support issues; leveraging internal teams as appropriate Coordinate with internal departments to complete Request for Proposal, Contracts and Service Level Agreements Involved in business development work such as events, customer workshops and other marketing initiatives/ activities. Plan, organize and manage business development activities, develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sales growth. Perform marketing competitive review, analysis and recommendations to achieve competitive edge Build strong business relationships with existing and potential clients. Tracking of contracts and maintenance of data of the clients Conduct regular service review   Requirements:   Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or relevant qualification Good written and spoken English skills 3-5 years of related working experience Possess excellent written communications and organisational skills, proactive and detail oriented Must have experience in crafting marketing collaterals and communicating with cross-functional teams Able to actively engage both internal and external stakeholders Highly self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Event management experience will be advantageous
