DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Kelly Engineering Resources is currently recruiting on behalf of our respected client. Our respected client is seeking an experienced candidate who has HSE experience in FMCG and to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Responsibilities: • Manage, coach and mentor HSE personnel in providing a Safety, Environment and Quality function, support and service to Business Units. • Ensure that Regional Managers, Area Managers and Branch Managers are aware of relevant Safety and Environmental statutory compliance requirements and have systems in place to ensure compliance. • Responsible for all employee related activities including recruitment, general employee management (e.g. performance management, development), employment conditions, counselling and other actions, as required. • Define and set targets and budgets and monitor actual performance. • Provide and/or present management reports (weekly, monthly) and on-going communication with line management regarding the operations of this role's area of responsibility. • Ensure all relevant Business Units have required documentation and quality processes in place to demonstrate compliance to NIMS and operational statutory requirements. • Execute business strategy at optimal cost, timeframe and quality through the operational plan, in conjunction with line management. • Develop and co-ordinate internal inspection schedules for Business Units in respect to regulatory compliance • Lead incident investigation with HSE personnel and Management, as required. • Liaise with HSE Co-ordinators to ensure a successful Injury Management Plan has been developed in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, as appropriate. • Ensure completion of internal and external audit requirements. • Provide feedback and coaching as a part of audit de-briefs. • Liaise with executive and senior management in the development and review of relevant Safety and Environmental strategies to manage areas of non-compliance. • Assist HSE personnel in the development of risk management and loss prevention strategies. • Assist HSE personnel and Business Units in the development of documented procedures for Business Unit activities. • Schedule and deliver HSE, compliance and operational type training to employees, as required and in accordance with procedures, standards and legislation. • Provide guidance and support to HSE personnel and Managers in the development, implementation, testing and review of their Site Emergency Management Plan. • Ensure all statutory and internal company information is communicated to HSE personnel and management. • Ensure all Safety and Environmental reporting, data collection and statistical analysis is presented to the Group Safety, Environment and Quality Manager in a timely manner and on a monthly basis (or as required).
