            Advice to Management

            Perusahaan harus lebih memikirkan karyawan, apabila adanya suara-suara menjatuhkan alangkah baiknya pemilik perusahaan lihat secara langsung. Lebih baik mempekerjakan orang Indonesia, dan yang memiliki kemampuan skill yang baik. Perusahaan akan baik dan kesejahteraan karyawan akan baik jika : - Adanya bonus - Upah lembur - Jobdesk yang sesuai dan terarah - kenaikan gaji - Karyawan akan memberikan kontribusi baik. - adanya internal audit, guna mengaudit keseluruhan. - memantau secara cost control. Sangat senang bagi kepercayaan pemilik perusahaan, namun pemilik perusahaan tidak terlena dengan orang yang dipercayai. Sangat disayangkan jika pemilik perusahaan tidak merangkul karyawan, masuk ke dapur artinya melihat keseluruhan walaupun adanya manager, direktur, Pemimpin yang baik bukan hanya tegas dan pintar, tapi lebih cerdas, cermat dan bijaksana.

            Team work yang bisa diandalkan sehingga hasil kerja pun cukup memuaskan. Asuransi yang diberikan oleh perusahaan cukup bagus untuk karyawan.

            karyawan mendapatkan salary yang tidak sepadan dengan beban kerja dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, sehingga kebutuhan hidup tidak bisa terpenuhi.

            Kehidupan sosial yang terjalin di antara karyawan sangat baik termasuk hubungan dengan atasan, sehingga setiap ada permasalahan yang terjadi mudah untuk diselesaikan.

            Karyawan mendapatkan salary yang relatif kecil, tidak sebanding dengan kebutuhan hidup yang semakin meningkat terutama bagi karyawan yang sudah berkeluarga.
