        Tunjangan kesehatan, tunjangan hari raya dan fasilitas kerja yang mendukung kinerja karyawan yang maksimal serta lingkungan yang kondusif untuk karyawan.
        Job desk karyawan yang belum jelas sehingga kerjaan karyawan kadang banyak kadang senggang dan kadang tidak adil dalam pembagiannya untuk karyawan.
        Tambahan uang lembur untuk karyawan dan tunjangan pelatihan yang diberikan perusahaan guna menunjang kualitas dan menambah skill karyawan di perusahaan.
        Jam lembur yang tidak bersahabat dimana jam kerja yang mengharuskan karyawan untuk bekerja di hari minggu dan tanggal merah libur nasional.
        Lingkungan perusahaan yang bagus dan santai dimana tidak ada deadline dari perusahaan serta rekan kerja yang kondusif sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang nyaman.
        Tidak ada jenjang karier yang menjanjikan dan sulitnya menjalin hubungan ada atasan dimana sulitnya mengajukan pendapat kepada atasan sehingga lingkungan kurang harmonis.
