DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Coordinate activities of planning, implement, monitor, and review the protective and preventative measures that companies are required to minimize operational losses, environment and occupational health problems, accidents and injuries. Prepare safety, health and environment strategies and developing / deploying internal policy, yearly action plan, KPI and budget. Set up priority for addressing SHE issues in the company. Compiling inspection/ audit findings, to initiate review and making changes to working practices that are safe and comply with prevailing legislation. Establish policy and procedures for risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced. Coordinate with Training Academy for Training and development of SHE Staffs/Personnel and in-house training with managers and employees about safety, fire-fighting, health and environment issues and risks. Keep records of inspections findings and producing reports and follow up of improvement recommendations, incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers. Real Commitment towards OHS Management; ensure that employees under his/ her supervision are responsible for implementation of OHS Management, lead/ participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company. Required Skill : Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related background (but Master Degree is more preferred) and graduated from top reputable universities Min. 10 - 15 years of experience as Manager in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas company / industry Having an experience in managerial skill Good command in English both written and verbal Good in operating MS Office (computer literacy) Good communication skill, organizational, multi-tasking skill, and detail-oriented
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering. At least 3 years experience as Static or Piping Engineer especially at Petrochemical Plant (preferable). Fluent in English (writing & speaking). Familiar in computer skill, email, Microsoft Office application, preferable for Engineering Software like PV Elite or compress Eager to learn, communicative, inisiatif, innovative, willing to work in under pressure, hard worker & team work. Having experience in installation work for Static Equipment. Having experience in tower internal modification work. Familiar with welding procedure (WPS & PQR). Familiar with NDE activity and able to read PT, MT,UT & RT. Fluent in English (writing & speaking). Proficient in computer skills, email, Microsoft office application. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Coordinte sales order activities by generating Outstanding Release Schedule for all domestic, export and scrap sales based on schedule, stock availability, priority for shortages etc to help Sales target Update/compile lot allocation, prioriy deliveries instructions (especially those that could incur Late Delivery due to CAP reason) and any changes in DO to 3PL Manage YM and shortage information with team and 3PL, if any Create all CCR accordingly and follow through with inter departments till closure (updated correctly into SAP), ensuring CCR records is consistant with RND/ TQM and signed customer copies are returned Familiarise with SAP system Assignment of added task as deem required to support Polymers Sales Business Requirements: Education : D3, background in IT or numbers related preferred Experience : Scope in similar capacity handling high volume transactions preferred Technical Skill/Ability : Proficiency in MS excel Soft Skill/Ability : Meticulous and able to multi task under pressure. DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Ensure payment terms is cleared and credit limit for non TT deliveries (CIA, LC, BG) is valid before communication to Operations for release, such as follow up on FINDOC receipt for CIA/ LC deliveries, allocating unclear payment received to deliveries/ customers Input clear remarks for OB request prompted by system, to help approver make decision and end request for rejected OB Prioritise communication to Operations for urgent release in FMR status once payment is sighted customer copies are returned Follow up SKBDN for regular LC and OB approved LC deliveries to ensure speedy payment Requirements: Education background in D3 / IT or related major Experience min. 2 years, Accounting or Backoffice Support preferred Meticulous and able to multi task under pressure Proficiency in MS Excel and English communication both verbal and written Understand basic of cashflow and bad payment risk Able to work independently with initiative to follow up matters Willingness to improve and take on additional responsibilities Comforable to handle debt collecting task and meet tight timeline
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Direct 3PL to achieve daily and monthly delivery target through daily monitoring while maintaining safe inventory level in all warehouse location Approve appropriate STO to and/or delivery from satelite warehouse based on inventory planning considering product aging and handling optimsation Monitor and prioritse deliveries to 3PL that could incur Late Delivery due to CAP reasons, while ensuring priority deliveries for LTL that has been charged to customers Manage effective inventory control by monitoring FIFO, small lots and minimising aging inventory Coordinate and followup on Logistics related matters and resources between internal and 3PL to ensure smooth operation Evaluate performance of 3PL through monthly KPI review and feedback to ensure SHE compliance, effective Warehouse Management (including maintenance of facilities/ infrastructure, inventory control) are aligned with CAP expectations Process export/ import invoices and verify logistics/ 3PL due to CAP are correct and justifiable while minimising addtional overhead request and initiating cost saving and logsitcs optimization whenever possible Requirements: Bachelor degree with GPA 3 and above. Background in Logistic/ Supply Chain prefered Familiarity in polymers and/ or experience in similar warehouse capacity/ range of products Experience in managing more than 2 subordinates is preferred Handled more than 100 trucks delivery per day, topped with Export and Import experience is advantegeous Proficiency in MS excel. Good SAP knowledge is a plus Excellent English speaking, reading and writing Good communicator and able to display qualities in managing people and difficult situation Meticulous and able to multi task under pressure Detail oriented, organised with advance planning capability Good logic with beyond short term vision Able to work independently with strong inquisitivity to question and initiative to follow up, while being good team player at same time
