Perusahaan memberikan program pelatihan yang cukup bagus kepada karyawannya. Selain itu, perusahaan juga memberikan pelatihan yang berkesinambungan. Gaji dan tunjangan yang diberikan perusahaan juga sudah cukup kompetitif.

Cons

Perusahaan dirasa perlu meningkatkan sistem manajemennya kembali. Selain itu, menurut saya perusahaan juga perlu memberikan penjelasan jenjang karir kepada karyawannya kembali.
