    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Area Tanggung Jawab :   Mengawasi proyek pembangunan Mempelajari dokumen kontrak pelaksanaan kegiatan dibidangnya Membuat rencana pelaksanaan pekerjaan Mempelajari gambar kerja (shop drawing) Melakukan persiapan pelaksanaan pekerjaan Mengatur pelaksanaan operasional pekerjaan Mengawasi memonitor dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan sub kontraktor Mengendalikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan dilapangan agar berjalan dengan efisien Memeriksa hasil pelaksanaan pekerjaan dibidangnya sesuai spesifikasi teknis yang dipersyaratkan dan manajemen mutu yang diharapkan Mengukur hasil pekerjaan dilapangan meliputi kualitas kuantitas dan waktu Membuat laporan pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara berkala (stock maupun progress) Menangani komplain konsumen terkait dengan bangunan yang dikerjakan   Persyaratan : Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik sipil Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai pelaksana proyek perumahan Komunikatif, terbiasa bekerja dengan target Jujur, Ulet, disiplin dan teliti

    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN • Manage and monitor for all company policies, standard operation and procedures • Equip the team to be efficient, team player and bring about highest standards service and operation • Provide leadership, guidance, motivation and direction to the team • Set goals for each department in production based on company’s plans • Ensure quality products and the output is met as required by the company • Coordinate and follow up with other department to ensure that production equipment are reliable and always in optimal • Control and monitor machines with engineering that most optimal and effective output • Suggest and recommended ways to improve the production in order to optimise the order • To ensure overall good manufacturing practice are maintained, efficient and effective • Set the timeline for production collaborate with sales department and purchasing • Ensure delivery on time for the best performance • Implementation the quality control during production from material until finishing to delivery stage • Making sure that production processes and adjusting schedules as needed • Ensure the worker are discipline and focus to achieved daily target • Managing and directing the entire production process from planning, implementing and monitoring to ensure timely, cost effective production process and with the hidghest quality standards • Responsible for the continous improvement (Kaizen) in the production process and system   Requirements • Bachelor Degree in any related field • Maximum 45 year old • Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field • Preferably to have good experience in textiles, knitting, dyeing industries • Good knowledge of GMP, ISO, and other standard of regulatory requirements • Knowledgeable of KPI, ERP, budgeting, Kaizen, Cost Reduction and 5S • Preferably experience in Lean Manufacturing & Sig Sigma • Well develop interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill • Strong Planning, excellent leadership and organizational skills • Target driven, decisive, proactive and responsive
