    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Opportunity:   An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Accounts Executive – Account Receivable (ACEAAR)  to be principally responsible for for ensuring that statutory and regulatory requirements are met for governance and financial reporting as well as tax compliances.  Ensure all liabilities for corporate, personal income tax, VAT, WHT are promptly and accurately paid to the authority. Job scope :    Prepare monthly Trial Balance Arrange external/internal audit.  Provide required document on timely basis Ensure all audit recommendations implemented on timely basis.  Ensures any differences between the general ledger and the statutory accounts are properly reconciled Review audit report and ensure all are complete and accurate Manage all government reporting requirement – ensure required completed on timely and efficiently basis Coordinates a list of all statutory reports required and ensures completion of each as necessary Assist in compiling information for preparing various reports for the department including, but not limited to grant reporting Ensure confidentiality when required Implement financial policies and procedures Maintain and reconcile the general ledger Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists employees to resolve problems Recommends measures to improve processes, employee performance, and quality of service provided to the customer Mantain administration of all bank accounts including maintenance of bank register and maintenance of list of authorized signatories Maintain supplier master data Maintain customer master data Mantain chart of account master data Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register including addition of new assets, asset disposal, depreciation Maintain and update of depreciation rate Preparation of monthly general ledger reconciliation Ensure new assets tagged and recorded Conduct annual asset count Prepare general ledger reconciliation for all required account (balance sheet and P/L accounts) Maintain GL reconciliation checklist   Job Requirements :   To be stationed in CilegonJakarta. 5 years’ experience in provision of third party logistics services. Degree in Accounting Extensive ‘hands on’ experience in Finance and administration, preferably in the area of transport/logistics operations Exposed to MNC environment. Basic computing skills (Microsoft Office, Sun Systems,  ERP, SAP) Proficiency in computer skills Possess leadership qualities Resourceful & has good initiative Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines   General :    A competitive remuneration package that will be commensurate with experience and qualifications will be offered to qualified candidates.
