Full-Time position(s) available. Job Description Personal Assistant: 1. Support the CEO to manage workload and activities. 2. Coordinate and maintain the diary of the CEO including organising of all appointments, meetings,travel arrangements. 3. Monitor, respond to and redirect, enquiry, emails as appropriate. 4. Answer the main telephone,line,monitor telephones and manage interruptions to support the effective time management of the team. 5. Identify,anticipate and prepare information requirements of the CEO for meetings, appointments, presentations etc and follow up inward and outwards requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence. 6. Liaise with and support team members business related travel arrangements 7. Arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings as requested, and in advance for recurring meetings 8. Schedule team meetings,prepare agenda and draft minutes 9. Attend Board of Directors meetings,take minutes and be point of contact for Directors 10. Maintain SSE Organisational Calendar 11. Assist with the coordination of specific projects.

Job Descriptions: - Responsible for the recording of daily transactions relating to cash and bank transactions, accounts payable transactions, accounts receivable transactions, and other transactions for the completion of accurate and timely accounting records based on those records. - Preparing financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow,etc) - Do Consolidation report - Preparing tax - Do Bank reconciliation - Coordination and management of filings the documents. - Plans, coordinates & resolves accounting matters with other Accounting members, departments, locations & divisions. - Accounting policies & procedures are established to ensure that all financial transactions are executed & documented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. - Findings & recommendations are presented to supervisor and Manager. - Other duties from superior Requirements: - Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring accounting - At least having 4 year experience in the related field with 2 year experience in similar position - Preferably has experience in tax - Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, etc.) - Familiar with accounting system - Excellent communication in English - Effective time management and strong analytical skills - Can work under pressure with tight deadline - Has ability to work in a team as good as in person - High integrity and responsibility
