    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Position Summary: Responsible for planning, directing and managing the service team and activities to achieve established serviced sales / income targets. Work directly with the After Sales Manager and Business Unit Manager to plan and execute service strategies to ensure competiveness, efficiency and profitable growth in the target market segment. Responsible for meeting the overall service sales / income targets and P/L of the service division   Major responsibilities : 1. Targets, profitability and reporting: • Manage the service team to achieve the business targets whilst ensuring that all service activities and business processes are performed in accordance with the policies and procedure of T&I and the Group. • Work directly with After Sales Manager to plan and execute service plan in line with the regional and local strategy to ensure high productivity and efficiency. • Systematically and continuously develop and enforce strong relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers to gather market information to ensure competiveness in the market segment. • Responsible to meet high efficiency and productivity level for all technicians and high customer satisfaction index based on completed service jobs. • Establish, maintain and monitor manpower utilization with a proper work schedule according to service activities/ maintenance contract. • Establish and maintain a monthly performance reporting to management and staff for visibility and drive for performance • Ensuring that the workshop equipment, special tools and service vehicles are sufficient and well maintained and in accordance to the safety code. • Responsible timely submission of warranty claims complete with supporting documents required in ensuring successful submission to the Principal. 2. Quality, service standards and customer handling: • Work in co-operation with After Sales Manager and Country Manager to establish and implement T&I Quality and Service Standards to ensure satisfactory level of customer service and meeting internal and external customer expectations. • Implement and maintain quality management systems in line with Group’s policies to ensure compliance with statutory and industrial requirements. • Maintain, establish and build good relationship with customers and ensure that customers’ demands are met and fulfilled.   Requirements: Bachelor's Degree form Engineering or equivalent. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required with minimum 2 years in management position Experience in management of turf or heavy equipment or vehicle maintenance will be an added advantage Fluent in English, able to speak any other Asian language will be an advantage
