Tunjangan kesehatan sangat memadai, bahkan luar biasa karena semua biaya kesehatan telah ditanggung oleh perusahaan 100%. Terdapat lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif.

Cons

Ada perlakuan tidak adil yang menyebabkan beberapa karyawan merasa tidak nyaman dalam bekerja. Terlebih lagi, manajemen masih belum terbuka kepada karyawan.
