    Selain gaji pokok, perusahaan juga memberikan fasilitas uang lembur jika karyawannya bekerja overtime. Selain itu manajemen perusahaannya juga termasuk baik.
    Cons
    Work life balance-nya kurang baik, karena waktu pribadi banyak yang terganggu akibat pekerjaan yang menumpuk. Jenjang karirnya juga masih tidak jelas.
