DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Reports to : General Manager, DFIN Reports to : CAP & Services Director No. of Direct Reports : 5 Entity : DFIN MBU/Dept : Indonesia / CAP Location : Jakarta Job Purpose The job holder will lead and manage the sales team to execute strategies and implement action plans achieving the goals set by the company. The purpose of this role is to grow the sales and profitability aggressively and continuously through motivating the sales team, developing a professional organization, and engaging teamwork. Key Accountabilities Lead and manage the sales team to execute strategies and drive the team to achieve the goals set by the company Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts for profitable sales growth (prospect accounts and existing accounts) Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectation Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis (through business reviews) Coach, mentor, and motivate sales team members to strategize and execute sales plan to achieve targets Understand business and financial impact and anticipate customers’ and industrial trends to achieve more accurate forecast Keep up to date on product and industry technology and trends Develop a professional sales team and ensure that the sales team members are working together as a team. Teamwork among the members is critical to our success Instill sales discipline in sales team members and holds regular reviews with each team member Perform rolling forecast, explain variances and make corrective actions to address gaps Timely escalation of issues and pulling of internal resources to resolve customers’ issues as required Develop action plans for immediate, medium and long term growth with customers and meet financial targets and critical milestones Initiates, directs, and participates in sales presentations that address the clients’ needs, and leads to sales growth within established, and new national accounts Directs and participates in trade exhibits and industry functions, product demonstrations, and other activities designed to identify current or potential needs and expectations. Meet sales growth and grow healthy pipeline Tasks assigned by the supervisor as and when is required Key Qualifications & Requirements Education Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree is required in additional to a minimum of 10 years related experience, preferably within the industrial sales, along with direct account responsibility; at least 5 years in leading a sales team and national sales experience is required. Technical Competence & Skills: Proven sales and closing skills Good negotiation, influencing and follow up skills Proven track record in managing sales team Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques are required. Consistent achievement of sales goals. Proven ability to manage major programs and major customer penetration and account maintenance is required. Technical sales experience and/or possess strong technical aptitude. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs. Computer literacy and proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software is required.
