Suasana kerja yang nyaman karena rasa saling menghargai antar karyawannya sangat tinggi. Komunikasi juga berjalan lancar karena keterbukaan antar karyawannya sehingga seolah-olah tak ada jarak.

Cons

Meskipun belum ada kekurangan yang berarti, untuk work life balance di perusahaan ini masih terbilang kurang. Selain itu, jenjang karirnya juga perlu diperjelas lagi.

Sistem kepegawaiannya masih menggunakan sistem kontrak dan tidak ada kepastian mengenai kenaikan golongan. Selain itu, gaji dan tunjangannya juga masih terasa kurang.
