    DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Directly manage open yard operations.  Ensure proper handling of all materials and store it appropriately. Supervise all company materials in all yard operations. Monitor loading of materials to ensure safe transfer to other stores. Documented all incoming and issuing materials in good order and neatly. Monitor inventory of yard supplies. Coordinate with Base Supervisor and Superintendent and receive all materials and prepare necessary paperwork. Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on materials and equipment and prepare report to submit to Base Supervisor and Superintendent. Business Processes: Maintain neat and clean yard at all times. Document all incoming, custody and issuing materials support with required documents. Prepare heavy equipment to stack / re-stack materials at yard. Preparations and entry of pertinent data into corporate databases. Doing physical check periodically and doing variance analysis (when required) Assistance on Audit perform and other tasks.   Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Academy Diploma or High School with at least 5 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Operations - Professional Qualifications: Minimum 5+ Years’ experience as Open Yard Operations with minimum 5+ years operation - Training and Courses: Open Yard Operations and Warehousing Casing and Tubing Maintenance - Languages: Indonesian (fluent), English (good) - Required experience:  5+ years within the oil industry with experience - Knowledge, Technical, and Professional Skills : Demonstrate knowledge of open yard operations. Ability to determine and execute proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on space availability and materials qualifiactions. Ability to store materials, supplies, and equipment in an orderly and accessible manner in yard operations. Knowledge of materials handling equipment (e.g., carts, forklifts, standup lifts, pallet jacks) used in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and supplies.  Good command of spoken and written English   Others: - This position will be hired under third party contractor     Please be aware that eni will never ask the applicant to pay any fee or appoint any travel agent for the selection process.
