    Cons
    - Sistem perubahaan yang selalu berubah dan cenderung tidak stabil yang dapat menyebabkan para pekerja kebingungan. - Relokasi yang sering terjadi untuk para karyawan. Dimana daerah-daerah untuk direlokasi cukup remote dan jauh dari pusat kota. - Jumlah cuti hanya 12 hari dalam 1 tahun dimana berlaku untuk para karyawan yang didaerah remote.
    Advice to Management
    Dilain sisi, direktur perusahaan sekaligus owner didalam perusahaan ini selalu mau berkomunikasi dan turun tangan terhadap seluruh pegawainya diberbagai divisi. Selain itu, perusahaan ini memiliki cita-cita untuk bisa berkembang bisnisnya lebih luas lagi didalam negri dan nantinya di luar negri.
